Wednesday 26 November 2008 - Cuzco, Peru
Had a little bit of sleep in before packing our bags and taking the last chance to wander through the streets, including last minute bartering for an alpaca scarf. Hailed a taxi to take us to the airport for 6 soles (don't pay any more than this if you come) and airport waiting time. Our flight to Lima was delayed and just before boarding we learnt about the attacks in Mumbai. It was very saddening to hear what had happened. We have our flight to Mumbai scheduled for January so we will see how things unfold.
